How do I get started?

In three simple steps:

2. Get your QR code scanned each time you visit - make sure you do this, anytime before you pay

3. Get a free reward for your next visit - and keep collecting for more rewards!

I had an old style physical reward card, what happens to that?

This new loyalty rewards scheme has been introduced to offer you much greater rewards, in a format that is easier for our business to use. Therefore no new physical cards, or stamps will be issued.

If you have a full "old style stamp card" these can still be redeemed anytime until the end of October 2026

If you have a nearly full "old style stamp card" and you are disaponted about losing them, just sign up to the new scheme, then email a photo of your old stamp card(s) to sallyanddave@thethrockmorton.com and we might add an extra treat.

But don't forget, in this new scheme you get a free starter/dessert after your first visit, which is nearly ten time better than the old system!

What do I do to earn rewards?

You get a reward "stamp" everytime you visit (a visit is defined as a full dining experience including both 1 main course and a spend of at least £20)

When you scan your QR code, the system will automatically add you a "stamp" for your visit.

There are also additional stamp cards for non main menu items (e.g. hot drinks stamp card), there are full details within the loyalty section of the app.

What rewards do I get?

The rewards you get may vary over time, they will be visible within the loyalty section of your account.

There is the main rewards which are based upon the number of your dining visits, and then additional "stamp cards" to reward the purchase of a particular product.

How do I save the login link as an "app"?

For ease we recommend saving the loyalty rewards as an "app" or "homepage link" on your phone, then with one touch you can collect, and see what you can redeem. This is how you do it....

You can also save your loyalty card to your apple or google wallet to collect stamps, however this wont show you what offers you have to redeem.

My account says not verified

When you sign up, you receive an email asking you to click to verify. If you cant find this email, it is probably in your junk/spam folder.

What if I forget to scan my QR code on my visit?

You must give your QR code to a member of the team before you pay. Unfortunately it is not possible to add points after a transaction/visit has occurred.

Change of Offers

 

We reserve the right to change or remove these offers, vouchers and loyalty system at any time without warning. They are not contractually binding, and nor can they be exchanged for anything else, including cash.

 

 

Acceptance of Vouchers

 

Vouchers issued through your account are always there for you to enjoy, and we have no plan to withdraw them!.... However... only one offer may be used at any one time per table, and never in conjunction with any other offer. We reserve the right to remove or amend any promotional or loyalty offers/vouchers at any time, without notice. The decision of the team at The Throckmorton, at the time is always final at their own discretion.

 

 

Collecting Stamps/Points

A stamp is earned for a "visit" a visit must consist of both a spend of £20 or more (after any discounts) and at least one main meal purchased.

You can earn one scan/stamp per day per table, where the bill is split, one guest can scan their QR code.

You must give your QR code to a member of the team before you pay. Unfortunately it is not possible to add points after a transaction/visit has occurred.
